Use the regulator for pressure regulation of the air for air float.
Attach the precision regulator as close as possible to the air float deburring attachment (within 1m).
When regulating the pressure of the air for air float from outside using the robot system and special machine, purchase and use a commercially available electropneumatic regulator.

 

This product is an air float attachment that is mainly used for deburring.
When using this product, it is necessary to attach a deburring tool such as motor spindle (hereinafter referred to as "motor spindle") to the product.
Customers are requested to prepare a motor spindle or order it from us.
This product can adjust the power with the air float part (motor spindle attaching part) tilting by the pressure of supply air. Prepare pneumatic equipment which becomes the driving force of the air float part (precision regulator, electropneumatic regulator, etc.).
When using this product, a jig to mounting the product to a robot system, etc. is required.

This product is used for removing burrs made after drilling, end mill, and face mill processing as well as burrs on the outer and inner parts such as casted burrs, forged burrs, plastic-molded burrs, etc. using the robot system and various special machines. With the motor spindle attached, the product moves the spindle 360-degree within the angle of 5°from the shaft center (multi-float mechanism) and contracts the spindle 8mm in the shaft center direction.
Note) This product cannot be used for deburring that requires cutting capability more than the output characteristics of motor spindle.
Note) The multi-float mechanism cannot be used for excessive chamfering.
