FINE TECHNO uses robots to assist with all manner of automation processes. We can employ robots from all Japanese and overseas robot manufacturers. We propose and deliver solutions based on our wealth of experience and knowledge of all kinds of automation systems (hot and cold forging, casting, sintering, molding, machining, metal sheeting, deburring, assembly, HV/FC/EV, inspection) for a wide range of sectors, including automotive parts (four-wheeled and two-wheeled vehicles), medical/food/cosmetics, aircraft parts, watercraft parts, housing equipment, and public facilities.

At our development and testing center, we are able to perform pre-production verification testing using robots. We can also use 3D design to perform off-line verification (functionality, maintainability, layout deliberation ). It is also possible to assist with more realistic 3D deliberations prior to the completion of the equipment.

Total in-house full-run production that focuses on uniform management of manufacturing

The three companies of the FINE GROUP have collaborated to build a total in-house full-run production system.
From development and verification testing to the design and fabrication of regular production machinery, we are able to perform all processes within the group.
This in-group production enables uniform management of manufacturing and allows us to respond to customers’ requirements with high quality and in short turnaround timeframes.
Further, by building up a database of the technology for the various processes, we can use it for future development and proposals to meet our customers’ needs.
